I've come to realize noone will have time for you if you're always angry or complaining. Every day we are faced with negative attitudes as well as have plenty of opportunities to get angry, stressed out, or offended. However, what you're doing when you indulge these negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you.

Your actions and what you choose to do in response to a situation is the real measure of intelligence. How you respond to things shows the level at which you hold yourself accountable. The real test of a person is someone whose mind watches itself. The ability to control one's emotions by the application of reason sets the tone in an argument.
